im embarrassed to admit after living in this house for 9 years i still have not finished installing all of the trim... i still have approximately 5% left to install...and no desire to install it...
You're worried about trim? I've got sheetrock that's been waiting to get replaced for a year or more now from a leaky roof replacement. But I've got nice venting for my flat roof crawl space as a result. My ten year differed maintenance list is much, much longer. But to make you feel better, if you go that extra year into ten years without doing it? You'll lose your self consciousness about it and you won't be embarrassed anymore.
