  • Wow... that was pretty amazing imo. Gonna take a shot at slaughtering and butchering 2 goats start to finish. I'm pretty sure I will be referencing this vid once the meats on the table.

  • wow who taught you how to butcher.. i first saw how you marked your legs? whys not use the backbone to find the joint. so you dont ruin your loin and it adds value to the legs.. and bone out your legs dont just saw the bone. this will give you more gp

  • you dont need a saw to get the legs away from the lamb. all you need is a knife and just to go through the joint of the back.

  • First question who sings that first song it's quite nice. Second, next time can you put the camera on something you are not cutting on. Tough to watch without getting motion sickness from the camera stand with parkinsons.

    I am going to be getting 2 lamb's in a few months. I will let you know how my butchering skills go, I have butchered Deer,Elk, Bear (looks like a human when skinned) and antelope.

  • @Dulzk lamb doent need aging the same way as beef it would be rank up to about two week you are fine with it then it starts to go a bit sticky

  • thanks for your comment i only did it as a bit of a joke at work lol and i got a fair bit of interest i gonna put a few more on this year with different cuts  lol i too think jeremy clarkson is a knob lol :-)

  • ok, if you dont own a band saw,just a couple of things you can try if you like,leave the cutlets in the barnsley style and mark down the spine on both sides then chop from the ribs it comes of clean as,also never take a sliver of the cutlets if its gona be to big just slip the bone

  • i was taking the paddy wack out mate when i took a sliver off the cuttlets they dont like to buy the yellow paddy wack and they also like it trimmed of bone just regional variations i guess and its irrelevent having a band saw or not i only had nine mins to film it
