I graduated in 1973. We "walked" out in SOJH to change the dress code, we walked out in CHS to protest the war. Our student body wasn't that diverse back then, yet we weren't divided. I'm so proud to see that the incredible spirit still lives on. Know that some of us are VERY proud of you.....and will always support the fight for justice and equality. Always be VERY proud to be a student of CHS....your history is nothing less than remarkable.
Yo thas wassup i love seeing this clip. We started this fight in 2003 and a few years we were succesful. Much love to MOBCA founders and the leaders. Big Ups to Chris thorne a member of the organization. Peace to Melissa, Quentin adn my Homeboy Whit. All power to the people.
im glad you posted this cuz my sis still go there luckily i got out when i did but columbia need this video for the future students as well as the present students, power to the people.
Yo, Chris. It's Eric from Ms. G's class. Kick ass stuff bro. Do you still have our movie from your junior year/my senior year that we made in TV Prod?
i love the part where jimi sings "whatever it is that girl put a spell on me" and its that horrible picture of pollack. and then the quote from her on the morning announcement and i was anchoring that day and jaffey wanted me to leave the set! oh the good ol days. love you cris! - anna
i dont see lovey lilly telling students nowadays to have a safe and productive day @ chs. Its not exactly 'safe' nowadays.

People were afraid of the drugs during the 1960's. The 1970's produced some of the best classes... What's happened to Columbia...
