Got my Aristo imported from Yokohama about 3 years ago now. Love it to bits. 2JZ-GTE. I've put just about every Holden whose tried me to shame. The twin turbo's got a bit of grunt for a stock engine. Not a bad choice, and they're catching on in Queensland at the moment. I've seen at least 10 so far.
yeh thats my aristo... yes its standard. had 225's on the rears aswell due to 17*7 rims... stock rims have 245s. best time of 14.243 @ 97.50mph. which is alot faster than modded aristos netting about 14.5s with catback and pods.
Good to see, cant wait till the aristos catch on! Such a sweet car! Also great to see them smoking V8 commodores.
Just the other night I pumped a brand new VE SS rolling from about 60 to 150, advantage aristo by about 1 and a half car lengths. Although top end he would have had me, cant argue with 6.0 litres and 297 kw! He was PISSED none the less!!!! HA HA HA But dont get me wrong the new VE is fuckin' wicked!!
