Hey guys, how about this?

1. Go buy a pair of decent earplugs for around 20-30 bucks.

2. Buy some Sugru.

3. Disassemble the earbuds so that only the drivers and wires are left.

4. Enclose the drivers in a generous amount of Sugru and then mash them into your ear (be careful not to go too deep) while the Sugru is still soft.

5. Carefully take them out of your ears and leave overnight for the Sugru to set.

Congratulations, you now have a pair of comfortable, custom in-ear monitors. ; )
