you cut the eye out of the cardboard and then you spray the paint through it to make the shape of it on a wall. thats what a stencil is....

how can u save ink by not printing the entire black but only like an outline? do u know what i mean?

@SK8BANDANA Try inverting the image and cutting out the white instead of black, OR just adust the brightnest/contrast and fade the black to a lighter black.

like on the picture he is doing, there is a ton of black. i just take the eraser and make an outline where i know the back will be. then just make most of the black into white
