Since Indiana she has been damaging the party. She is mathematically eliminated and has lost all rationale to the superdelegates for continuing. I am out every day talking to Democratic voters and many Clinton supporters are hardening towards Obama. If that continues Hillary Clinton will be at the very least partially responsible for our loss in November.

I could make a case that the statement applies to Hillary. Originally I very much believed that the rules were the rules and don't change them just because you're losing.

However I had two thoughts that changed that.

1) Once upon a time slaves with no legal rights under the Constitution were 3/5 a human being so whites got more delegates to benefit the slave owners, now they want people to be 1/2 a human.

2) Ramos and Campeon are in prison because the "law" mattered more than justice.

No its no apples to oranges, and the fact Obama still "wins" with unConstitutional superdelegates (as did Walter Mondale, nothing against the IL Senator) is pertinent because again I don't care about Clinton.

There is a legal recourse for appeal against the decision at the Rules COmmittee once they censure the delegation it just relays the decision to the Convention floor and the DNC pretty much agrees that would fracture the party. Its not rewriting the platform, there are provisions for it.

I didn't vote because I knew my vote wouldn't count on the primary but I would had voted for Obama and most of my friends would had done the same so why is Hillary crying about it when it was agreed on before th voting even began.

She didn't say that sexism is the reason why she lost. The Washington Post showed an article summarising coverage of this election in how sexism was treated seriously thoughtout the campaign. Hillary was acknowledging that sexism and racism exits but that sexism was considered more tolerable in society. You can hear the interview on youtube if you look back in the videos, she wasn't saying sexism accounted for the position she was in.

I'm kind of tired of arguing with people of Hillary and Obama's position.Surely we can agree that independent of our candidate's position, this is a once in a lifetime election and the people in Michigan at least deserve a revote with both names on the ballot, even if the outcome doesn't changed. And if Florida's results are being disputed then they should do a revote there aswell.

That first email was dead on!!! How can Michigan & Florida be called legitimate elections when everyone in the state knew that the primary wouldn't count? There has got to be quite a lot of people who would have voted but didn't cause it was pointless. Hell, Hillary was the only 1 on the ballot in MI.
