this is why religion is horrible because of people who twist and obscure religion because they fear the unknown. I mean you look at Jesus, he was a great guy, a hippie, but a marvelously moral man and when religion has leaders like that then it can be awesome, but more often than not people in power abuse it and with religion it is the same thing, except for maybe some religions like buddhism which border on almost atheis,

Buddhist monks lived in luxury in palaces and temples while the peasants lived in absolute poverty and were tortured and mutilated for all sorts of silly things.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune had a really great article and reply from Mr. Bachman. The clinic really has nothing to do with gays, and if you're interested in the truth you should check ou the article. The undercover gay man lied to the clinician, and that part you don't hear. Find out for yourself and don't jump on the bandwagon.

Marcus Bachmann's little clinic practices a form of "psychological therapy" that was first an offshoot of Aversion Therapy which was thoroughly discredited in the 1970's as bullshit and has itself been discredited as "utter quackery".
The whole "reparitive therapy" thing does not and has never worked simply because you can not change brain chemistry and natural urges by "talking about you over attachment to mommy as a child" any more than talk therapy can change a persons hair or eye color.
