I deliver furniture and I know exactly what you are going through. Some of the customers are so stupid thinking they can get their sofa upstairs through a tight staircase and then when you get it up there they bitch at you for scratching their doorway or the piece you brought in. I say let the customer take it in. That is how i through my back out. Did you get the piece up there?

yes but not without a fight plus she was drunk off her ass, so while she was being drunk and stupid we got it up ...it wasn't pretty. thank you for under standing,and the comment
