@mustangmikeca Fuck you, the Eclipse is an atmosferic 3.8 litre engine, the Mustang is an atmosferic 5.0 litre engine, if the Eclipse was turbocharged, I would believe you that it uses more gas. For the people who dis this car....you give me a coupe with the same features for a cheaper price....how u compare a mustang to this car?!...Especially the new powerful ones! The older models were shit and i easily keep up with the V8's.
What about the 350z's?? Older models were slow but newer ones much faster and yet i can still keep up with them in my 13000 dollar cheaper eclipse.

@pre9jm You prefer to listen to it beep at you, instead of just putting on your seatbelt? I guess if you crash your car, even though nobody else is on the road, you'll be totally fine... it makes no sense not to wear it lol.
@rodnok90 nice time coz the official time is 6.1...this was just a one run that i did and im sure i can do it quicker but my car is an auto. Manuals can do it in 5.4s which is really good. You know im gonna be biased coz i own an eclipse but its a really nice looking car and its pretty cheap too (well within my budget lol).
@asdgoasd im doing topspeed every now and then but its hard trying to hold a phone and drive on a semi crowded highway.....i know im crazy and i shouldnt be speeding but i dont know what gets in to me sometimes...

@pillow6958142 its just your average car....so the expenses are really reasonable. One word of note, if u gonna put your foot down all the time u will see that fuel tank get emptied a lot quicker :)
Also, you might want to get EBC brake pads and rotors. Just saying, those brakes are probably the best on the market for these types of cars. I have yellowstuff which is for track and street racing. The first few 60-0 stops i did, i really felt it on my neck.

A lot of ppl will say get a 350z instead & it also is a great car but I'd be paying 5000KD more (approx $15000). I got the eclipse for 7600KD (premium package)!
@pre9jm Tires bro, i've got Eagle F1 All season on mine and eibach lowering springs. The tires are phenomenal and the springs lowered my car by 2 inches which reduces the tire spin a bit. If you want great tires go for the Eagle F1 racing tires, but if you need all season ones go for the F1 all season. they are ultra high performance, doesent get any better than that. Lowering your car with the springs gives you less wheel spin, a faster acceleration, better stopping power, and better handeling
