LOVE.....they both seem and look so REAL and laid back...its so very refreshing. it doesnt have to be all about the flash, glam, and bling. its better to BE than to APPEAR to be...these gifted people have it IN them not ON them. lol hope im making sense to someone ^_^

Denzel Washington looks like a bum in this interview. The guy makes millions and millions a year, yet can't afford a shaving blade? A nice button up shirt? And proper shoes? I thought we middle class citizens were having it bad here in America.
I'm amazed how some people are still shocked that there are different people other than themselves and what they grew up with, we live in a World not a Fish Bowl
I've never seen Denzel in this mode. Is he in "mid-life crisis" (an unfair and inaccurate term but used for lack of a better one) or did Denzel indulge in a little sippy sip prior to taping. Judging by his clothes he looks like he's in some kind of zone that's necessary for brilliant actors in order to remain sane and grounded when not working.
@sciomni2008 I repeat: "mid-life crisis" is an UNFAIR and INACCURATE TERM. However, like women who reach menopause at a certain age, men also go through a similar change that's more compatible to the male structure, it just so happens that main stream calls this a "mid-life crisis". Come up with a better name for this change men go through during there late 40's to early 50's and I would gladly use that term.
@Kelvin3x or maybe he just wants to relax and not feel just because he has money, he has to appeal to how everyone else thinks he should act and dress. People forget that these actors are unique human beings that aren't predisposed to behaving a specific way
My mother, brother and I flew up from Mississippi to see Fences this weekend. It was a phenomenal play! The uncle who plays the schizophrenic brother is my brother's acting coach! We were all inspired not only by Denzel and Viola , but by Troy and his wife as well!
lol - most interesting and revealing videos on the web. What Web is she talking about?

Denzel DOES look a little scruffy. But please do NOT allow that to take away from the greater message. Because there IS a greater message.

@Kelvin3x Mid-life crisis? How should he look? Geritol tan pants with a blue button up shirt with a neck tie? Not all people dressed the same.
