Can't control costs because insurers are merging.

Many can't afford premiums even if choices become available? For-profit health insurance industry still in driver's seat means endless rising prices and profit-seeking.

The Improved Medicare for All single payer program would eliminate finagling by the insurance industry it needs to be reconsidered.
