What's up gboogie. Your videos are very infomative. I'm a Tax Accountant. I started my business at the end of January. I have a tax ID # and I am a Sole Proprietor. About three weeks ago I decided to Incorporate my business. I did this through the Nevada Corporation. From my understanding, the profits from my corporation can be paid to me in the form of a W2 or 1099. Which is better
So far I have invested $4,420.00 and have It takes money to make money. $3,300 is in bank and tied up in CD. The other $1,120 went toward setup fees and purchases. Setup fees were $720 and I spent about $400 in purchases. Purchases were in the $70 range for 5 accounts and I made at least 2 purchases from each account.
7. Registered with ALL 3 Business Credit Bureaus (D&B, Experian Business, and Equifax Business). Using vendor accounts of net 30, net 15 and net 10's. 5 tradelines with D&B, 3 with equifax and experian. Now working on revolving account and bank references. Later goal is lines of credit, cash credit cards and loans. Also registering for corporate account with Equifax to get Business Credit reports and priviledges.
3. Have Coporate Bank Acct w/ Online Bill-Pay, Wire, ACH, Direct Deposit, and Online Check Deposit. $1,500 checking and $800 Savings and I make regular deposits of $50 up. I have a $1,000- 90 day CD and I just applied for a secured credit card for $1,000. I plan to go to another 3 banks and do the same. I also plan to start at least 3 more businesses.
1. I have a list of over 30 Unsecured Credit Accts w/ Credit ranging from $500 to $25,000 each and have successfully acquired 5 accounts with $25k in credit.
Im not sure what the question is but seeing that we have been selling aged shelf corps for the last 13 years i would say its great. just make sure you buy them from a reputable dealer
