Lower Hutt police pull over an idiot

What makes the driver of the car pulled over an idiot? I have been pulled over several times recently for a random reg and licence check around Hamilton. Not speeding or anything like that, just a random stop. Does that make me an idiot? Not sure why this guy is an idiot

@fingustis HATE hamilton cops. Went down there for an afternoon and managed to get pulled up twice. The dumb cop did me for going 127 while passing on the motorway, when there were cars cruising at 130. Absolute bullshit. $330 fine and 70 demerits. Can't blame it though, was driving a mates gay bright red DC2.

@Jackcc5 they just went completely silent. Occasionally (before I sold mine) you would get the odd unit trying to call comms repeatedly, but then they'd just give up, or else comms would somehow detect it, and come on and tell the unit to switch to wellington secure (channel) 1
