Ulf needs more exposure in the US. He is really great. He's doing a nice version of Keith Jarrett's Part IIc off the Koln concert album in this video. He has a pretty good trio of guys playing with him here too. Nice to see that.
Its a wonderfull clip. Swedish Ulf is marvelous. Rest of the musicians are danish on Piano Henrik Gunde, who also play with the Danish Radio Big-Band. Gunde has made an album called "The Erroll Garner Experince". The rythmsection is a wounderfull pair who has follewed each other closely for many years. Morten Lund on drums and least but not last, the amazing Jesper Bodilsen, who you can hear an inteerview on one of my uploads.
