Sir you are a dumbass I said running prime 95 blend thats not uncommon for a 3930 with its hottest core that runs 10 Degrees hotter then the rest of the cores @ 4.6 ghz
@robustus64 Im only asking if your sli is set up right because your two gpu temps arent adding up, either there both liquid cooled, in which they would both be within a degree or 2 of each other, or one is on air, in which its not getting nearly hot enough to be working properly, one gpu is showing 50c (guessing thats the watercooled card) and gpu 2 is showing 41c, (guessing that was the air cooled card, and its just downclocked idling, seriously let me know whats up, sli isnt working
@SrtRacerBoy Did you even watch the whole video they are both water cooled.. so im not sure about the temp diffrence you were seeing but i assure you they are working now with both cards within a few degrees of each other...and they do rock!!
@robustus64 wow its your video and your saying you dont even notice that at 0:01 there 40c / 50c, running 40-50fps, working now and working when you recorded the video are two different things, again at 7:44, 8:27, 10 degree temp difference, and 44fps, that defiantly wasn't sli enabled.

Well Smart ass that heat killer on a 1366 would have had the springs on the bottom but since this is a socket 2011 and the hardware was incompatable including the backplate so with the springs under the sink the screws were still 1/4 away from reaching the motherboard .. Shows how much you know Idiot...!!!!!!!!!!I modified the installation and it worked thats called Intelligence!!!!!My temps are amazing for only one 240 60mm cooling a 2011 and 2x480.. prime blend never gets over 85c !!
i dont care what's in your pc or how much you spent, you dont build pc's very well, what a fucking mess. U have a water-pump sitting on top of your video-card. WTF (and thats very low fps for "S-L-I" , my 580's rock out about 90-120 (vsync on)FPS

@robustus64 well yea, 580's are faster, but should not be twice as fast, theres somthing up with your pc, do you have sli enabled? sli connector plugged in?, how much gpu usage are you using (msi afterburner, or evga precision).
Ive since settled for 4.6 for a little less heat maxing out on pime blend at a max of 85 but it run most of 1.4 hrs of prime at 80 c on my hottest core( 3930 k s tend to have one core running 10 c over the rest)its an really nice system.. runs flawless!!

Also dual 6970's blow this setup out of the water and your seriously limited because you can not benchmark DX11 and I can. Totally different league. I would prob wait for the 7970's to come out sometime this month. Claiming a 30% performance boost over the 580's. I feel like blowing 1K on dual GPU's just for the extra e-peen of being able to out bench peoples setups more expensive then mine. :P Still be less expensive because 75% of your build is all into the CPU and mobo. Compared to 25%.
Dual 480's means no DX11 and no max graphics. :( That is a DX11 game so running it on DX9/10 is not really that great maybe in 2008 before DX11 and windows 7 was out. I would have spent the money on cards made in this generation rather then last. Huge performance difference stepping up to dual 580's and your CPU is not going to help you with FPS or gaming. Would have been better off with a 2500K setup and spent $1000 on cards rather then $1500 on a cpu and board.
@BrooklynXT1 Actually 480gtx are full dx11 cards. He is running it on dx11. There is actually very little difference between the 480 and the 580. It is a little step up but they didn't do much more than unlock some clocks and things from the 480.
And seriously nice build, bro! I'm thinking about doing a build like this ASAP. What's the case you used for this rig in the video? And again, amazing job man. Keep up the awesome work! =D
