Mew's wikipedia mentions that he used to play bass for Swan Lee (Johan's girlfriend's old band), and also played on one of Tina Dickow's EPs. I don't know anything besides that...if you look up Swan Lee on Youtube you can see Bastian in a few videos.

The guitarist is still Bo Madsen, he just looks really different with the shorter hair/mustache. Bastian Juel (the bassist in this video) has been their stand-in for Johan Wohlert since he left in April '06. Same case as Nick Watts - he only tours with them, he's not an official replacement for Johan.

The guy with the big hair and glasses is Dr. Nick Watts, their keyboard player. He only plays with them on tour and these kind of performances, though - not in studio recordings.
