  • lol, this interviewer have a unibrow. 

  • artichoke, baked potatoes, spinach, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, cod, halibut, salmon, scallops, white, red, pinto beans rich in potassium but even better are orange juice, bananas carrots, and tomato juice. so eat up lol.

  • People often say to eat bananas to get your potassium. Did you know you would have to eat 8 bananas to get your MINIUM daily potassium? Who other than a frutarian would eat 8 bananas a day!!

  • You need to eat 1 banana to get your entire daily intake. Each one contains 700mg.

  • Sorry, That is simply not true... a medium banana contains 422mg and contrary to this vid we actually need approx. 4700mg a day.
