Ok so best as I can tell back a few years ago when the teen drama THE O.C was huge in the states MTV decided to cash in on it with their reality show 'Laguna Beach' ( the real lives of teens in Orange County, California.) She was one of the stars when she was like 17. That lead to her own show 'The Hills' about her moving to LA.... and now she's disgustingly famous... and it makes me sad that this is what's happening in our culture now
