Kite is GREAT but he has the same main style you see over and over. I am saying i think he is dated because he doesn't expand.
I still love Kite and have been following him for a year and checking new videos of him; however, Oba's 2nd dance was the most whacking, entertaining dance of them all. The music suited his style very much and it was fun to watch. He is definitely a crowd pleaser in his unique way of dance.
Oba was on FIRE!!! Dont know too much about Oba and Toshi though, and I'm gonna start educating myself. The only time I saw Toshi was him doing a solo to some Mariah Carey song years back. Anyone got some ideas on required viewing? =)
what are you all talking bout,kite is still strong as he was,technique ,musicality and everything,we just see him everywhere ,and we maybe tired a lil of his dance)) but it's obvious that they won,other dancers just stay in one place and didn't show such variety in moves and everything

I just didn't want to say it in a bad way (rude), so I made sure I stated my reasons to my opnion unlike some people would do . Don't get me wrong Oba's team is GOOD but Modaka and especially Kite is on another level.
Wow, I have never seen anyone control the crazy legs style like Kite did here.... I didn't think that was possible. Props to both sides, I think the first guy Toshi pretty much beat Modaka the first round with Musicality. Then Kite Beats Oba by a little with More Technique especally with the leg controlling and leg rolls too sick... Second round Both Modaka and Kite was on top of there game which lead them to victory!
Oba kills his last set, Ok! ...but Toshi misses the snare all the time when he pops. They can´t win like this against Former Action! But great battle.
I don t think that former action lost this battle.. I think it should have been a tie.. the fun factor was definately on Rhythmalisms side but for me Toshi lost his 2 rounds against madoka.. first round between kite and oba was a tie Oba took the second one..
@ausaus10 I definitely agree on that. I feel rythmalism did a lot better and they were really different as compared to former actions usual style. but like you said, its a business.
Kite and Madoka definitely took this. Oba's sets were incredibly fun to watch though.

I have to agree with slipknot1643. Even though i have no more passion for popping.
If you watch this match again, pay close attention to their movements and see which dance had the better feeling and flow.
Walid is a GREAT example of MASTER feeling and flow.
