  • @TheMerryPup Yes, similar method applies to lockout during snatch lift. This DVD series are not just for Kettlebell Sport athletes. Anyone who is training with kettlebells deserves to know the correct technique. It will get you in better shape faster, keep you safer and allow you to lift heavier weight for longer periods. Enjoy!

  • Very good info. I'm probably going to buy this set even though I have no plans to compete. Good info about keeping your hand at a 45 degree angle at the top of the press in aiding a more smooth descent. Would you say to do the same thing in the snatch?

  • Interesting, got to take a closer look. Something I been curious about lol. Does everyone film in the same studio? Cause the background in a LOT of DVDs look the same from Cotter's to Maxwell's.
