  • @samdoctorwhofan I Do, And I Also Like That Music In: That P.T. Boomer Chase Scene, To Know What I Mean, Watch ''PT Boomer Deleted Scene w/ Music Only - Youtube''

  • my life will not be complete until i see the directors cut

  • I think it would have been interesting.

  • I know that the test audiences also responded saying they didn't get the live action as much as the cartoon action. I think that they then responded saying that the villian was scary...but didn't specify which one. They referred to Diesel 10, but when they combined it with the live action part, PT Boomer became the character cut. I don't know if that happened, but if it did, it would be a scam due to Britt Allcroft's results afterwords. Does anyone agree with me?

  • A moderator on SIF figured out the origin of the deleted chase scene. According to him, a media arts teacher near Jord87's film school once worked at Destination and was a post-production crew member of TATMR. He got to keep this clip (the only thing of the DC in his port folio) if he agreed it was only for instructional use. He used it at Jord87's film school when he somehow got the clip. He then added Dark City music, uploaded it to YouTube, and the rest is history!

  • Hey kids! Which is scarier? A giant 20 feet tall metal engine with a claw? Or a old man riding a motorcycle? XD

The cut was ridiculous, he deserved to be in it! It made a weird plot hole...

  • @UnknownTomasFan30

I would! What scenes are you putting in this?

  • They should've added him! It's better with him in it than not at all! Or they should've put that in the deleted scenes like the one with Junior and the sundae called Sundea Suprise.

  • I wish they show us the movie with the cut scenes

  • Whoever decided to Change Britt's Script of the film was an idot and a Complete and uterr BASTERD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @florgeysteve it was the test audience who made Britt changed the film! they thought it was too scary? that is the problem with those people, you work hard on a movie and it was perfect then you have these assholes changing everything up!

  • i think that the original cut with p.t. boomer should be posted as well but don't you realize that the only reason why they cut him out of the film was because the test audiences thought that he would be too frightening for children?

  • I think he should have been

  • The only reason Edward wasn't in the movie is because his model wasn't finished in time. It would have looked very bad-ass though. I personally think they should have put engines no. 1-11. Duck, Donald, Douglas & Oliver would have been the shit.

  • ME! The movie would have been WAY better. I hope someday someone finds the original movie

  • @TheNo1andres

Thank you very much. Sorry but just curious: if all this is so, then how did Diesel 10 fit into the original story line? I realize he still served as an antagonist, but what is his exact role in the movie then?

  • Oh, and also, I wish that crystal balls exist in the real world so we can use one to find the Director's Cut of TATMR.

  • See? This is why I think time machines should have existed in real life so we can go back in time and fix the problem.

I'm just kidding! Time machines don't exist. But it would be nice if they were around in the real world.

  • @ThomasRules8391 Anyone have a delorean?

  • The only thing I will say is that I like Neil Crone's voice better for Diesel 10 than I do Keith Scott's.

  • I mean, my little cousin actually had nightmares about Diesel 10 for awhile after this movie. There's no way that P.T. Boomer could have been scarier than Diesel. I now REALLy want to see what the movie would have been like with Boomer in it.

  • Can anyone fill me in with all the plotholes that P.T. Boomer's absence presented? I know that some lines were originally directed toward him, but what all was there? I really wished he would have been in this movie. It would have been more interesting. And personally, I find the fact that he was removed because he was too scary to not make much since. I mean to me a giant monster diesel with a huge claw and terrifying angry expression is much scarier than a motorcyclist.

  • burnett stone became worried and frightened at the start because pt boomer had bullied him into using lady and made lady crash (not diesel 10).pt boomer was the reason lily didnt go to muffel mountain but to shining time and when the station woman drove her there the motorcyclist at the crossroads was pt boomer he had had a conversation with burnet stone that was cut . he was also the reason thomas fell off muffel mountain when he travel to the other end of the magic buffers .there is much more

  • This just goes to show you that test audiences will NOT help make a movie a success! You know, it really makes me mad when a test audience dislikes what we all like. PT Boomer is an example of what we all liked.

  • @ThomasRules8391 your right! they will ruin everything!

  • Well, I'm not talking about Percy because he's in the movie.

  • on the movie at the end chase when they go under the bridge and he says "duck pinchy" pt boomers lying on diesel 10s back

  • Yes, I think PT Boomer should have been in Thomas And The Magic Railroad. And also I think George, Cranky, and Edward should have been in the movie too.

  • what about percy? i know we wanted alot more charicters in but they did not have the dough thats my guess hope it answerd some of your qs ps i suck at spellling on te internet

  • If you look at the old script, you can tell it would have made more sense with him their! and he added very cool settings! Thomas getting blown by the wind... or getting blown off the cliff by boomer? Original: 1 Today: 0

  • Yes, I think PT Boomer should have been in Thomas And The Magic Railroad because he is important. Besides, I would blame the test audiences for the failure of the movie, not Britt Allcroft.

  • Yes

    AND

    No

The yes part was he would've been an interesting character in the movie

    BUT

he'd still give the children nightmares so thats the no part

  • Good, but at the end Diesel 10 says "Puff-ball, tea-pot, TIN KETTLE..!" not cannon!

    XD

  • what? >:(

  • wut?

  • what?

  • ja wut?

  • I Started A Petition At Petitionspot To Bring Him Back On The Movie. I Need You And Everyone To Sign It.

  • Who the heck is P.T. Boomer?!

  • PT Boomer was Diesel 10's driver.

He was cut from the finished movie.

  • THANK YOU!!!

okay, now i'm on the same page as everyone else, for once at least.

    : )

  • Good! ;D

  • Actually, PT Boomer and diesel 10 have never met until Boomer lands right on top of diesel 10!

  • if i was noe of the test veiwers i would of said

    its get

  • i want the directors cut!!!!

  • @100355 so do I but John Bellis as Thomas,Keith Scott as Deisel 10 & Michael Angelis as Percy & James

  • @100355 Well, then i have good news. I am making a Thomas and the Magic Railroad Director's Cut with 2 deleted scenes and in HD. It includes Audio restoration and special footage included. Let me know if you want it. :D

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 Ok maybe I worded it wrong. When I joined youtube i didnt kno wthere was all this mayhem about the Dirctors Cut stuff. Its NOT a Directors Cut thingy. Its a FAN EDIT. Ill give more info if you want. Sorry.. =/

  • totally would've wanted to see the version with p.t

  • I'd Like To See The Version With Boomer In It Cause I Have A Copy On Video But Its The Normal Movie..

  • That's the only version of the film that was released.

  • HECK YES.

  • yeah he should SiF are trying to get the directors cut on DVD!! they know what they're doing... but i wish jord87 would give us his

  • yes but no at the same time

  • HELL YEAH

  • Yes PT Boomer Should Have Been In The Film

  • Yes.

  • P.T. Boomer should've been in the movie, because landing on diesel 10 was cool...

  • Yes!

  • I would love to see him in final cut.

  • BTW every1 sorry to be a pain but...

WHO THE HELL IS BT BOOMER AND WHERE DID HE COME FROM plz

  • pt boomer was the second villan in the film the only scene found with him in was the chase scene where he flys onto diesel 10 back but ends up just like diesel 10...sludge!

  • Comment removed

  • i didnt say thats the only scene with him in the film i said thats the only scene FOUND with him in the film

  • sorry said it wrong pt boomer is in the acctual film the guy on the motorbike is the pt boomer (see him when lily arrives at where he grandpa (burnett) is doing something with his car

  • YES YES YES YES YES YES YES

  • YES

  • I'm don'tknow, he should had been in the movie, but even thought it was scary for the kids I'm still glad they that they cut him out because the scene with tipped Deseil 10 in the barge freaked me out. And muddy boomer scene, I doubt to see that again.

  • Th life size model of D 10's claw behind Boomer kinda freaked me out for some reason.

  • I think PT Boomer would have complimented the story no end!!

  • I'm not sure

  • P T Boomer should have been in Thomas and the Magic Railroad!

He was an important character so without him, the movie had very severe plot holes!

  • A LOT OF OTHER THINGS WERE CUT!

Most stupidly, yet unknown of all, EDWARD!!!!?????!!!!!OJNKIJHBUDHGWB

The small humerous scenes with the engines correcting the others on Sir Topham Hat or The Fat Controller, referring to the differences. A lot of scenes were cut and the fact that the movie was Americanised and too humanised worked to Britt's detriment, not the cutters-out!

  • I do! I think HiT wouldnt have bought Thomas had the movie stayed the way it was and Britt wouldnt have her career with Thomas ruined!

  • boomer was really the real villain so yeah he should be in the movie

  • either way i'd still like the movie

  • I think P.T. Boomer should have been in the movie!

  • I totally do! The movie would've gotten a better reception if he hadn't been cut out.

  • It reckon it wouldn't. Think about it, the critics would probably be just as mean to Doug lennox as they were to the other actors plus there would be way to many scenes with humans.
