  • AWESOME VID BRO,LOVE THE SHOTGUN

  • lol 1:04 gun porn at it's best.

  • @jhc194

    Gunhumper 8)

  • God, that was a fortune worth of ammo right there.

  • @AnotherWAG

That was 1- 100 round Federal Multi-purpose bulk pack from Walmart $22.97. They don't all run well enough to reliably cycle this ammo "flawlessly" with MD-20 drums ;)

  • Pathetic !

  • @bamboostinger

Post a video response and show me how it is done.... If you don't, then you are the master of all things pathetic.

  • 5 people tried this and ruptured a testicle.

  • @booyalakasha1

Well, it's a little late now, but folks.... don't try this at home ;)

  • Wow! I own a Saiga 12. I sure would like to get mine as refined as this. Excellent video! Congrats on 60K+ views.

  • That was pretty cool. I sure would like a converted Saiga 12......

  • @dahur

They are the most fun of anything that I have owned. Cheap to shoot too, after some refining.

  • Congrats on 60k views bro, it's been fun!

  • @Smokeyvette

Wow. It's been a while. I hope all is well and thank you! I never realized it would get this much play. Hopefully it has inspired some people. That was my intention.

  • Hey what stock is that?

It looks like a short ACE.

  • @paulyshore98

Fake AK100 by FSE. That S12 actually has a Russian AK100 5.5mm triangle folder on it now.

  • Shot my buddies saiga 12 the other week. Was lots of fun. Great video btw.

  • Why did you start jacking off with it?

  • @dc13172003

Because you had your mouth open....

  • dude why u wasting ammo u supposed to save for zombie invasion

  • @ToxicAssassin21 I have more ammo than anyone I know ;) Did you see my 200 and 300 round dump videos?

  • @ToxicAssassin21 on a side note, while 7 and 1/2 to 8 load has a decent place, I dont know if I'd horde that particular loadout. But hell, you can buy 100 for 20 bucks at walmart, nobody's judging.

  • @Saigax12

I should rephrase that "more 5.56 ammo than anyone I know". I keep quite a bit of 7.5 and 8 around, but I just use it for blasting and reliabilty testing. However, it could come in handy putting some fowl on the table, if need be. I have many of other weapons that I would grab first for defense and loadout would likely be SS109.

  • @evlblkwpnz SS109?? (And im guessing you use that in an AR15??)

In any combat situation, I find the saiga12 fascinating, (and in my opinion, the most effective civillian weapon system you can own) Its just like your grandpa's pump shotgun.........except it holds 30 rounds and the mags are detatchable. Just a wide variety of applications. You can switch out the 8 shot for 1 oz foster slugs, and its suddenly a 70-something caliber medium-short range smoothbore rifle. Alot of use, you know?

  • @Saigax12

If I wasn't on the move, I might grab one of these, but if I needed to move I would certainly grab an AR SBR with a suppressor. I can carry a lot more 5.56 on me than 12ga and though the AR will not besilent, it will be quieter than a 12ga. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love these Saiga 12s, but they have their practical limits.

  • I need some of those 20 round drums for my saiga

  • @anabolicgardo

i think everyone should have at least 3-5. Not very practical, but a lot of fun.

  • that had to hurt the testicals hahahaaha

  • blowing loads

  • @justlooking813

    .... as fast as I can 8)

  • @ elblkwpwnz

    The saiga drum magazine!

  • @topgunne12

The MD-20 is the finest magazine available for these weapons, IMO. Not bad for a tree surgeon ;)

  • @evlblkwpnz saiga 12 any questions? lol great video thanks bud

  • My buddy's cousin invented and patented these. Such good work..

  • @topgunne12

    Patented what?

  • Last two were a little kinky... ;)

  • I totally understand:)

  • I have one but its semi-auto, was your's full-auto or just rapidly pulling the trigger?

  • @AndroidDevil

Just a great trigger job and a fast finger.... I wish it was full auto, lol!

  • I've heard from my local small town gun retailer that Saiga-12's are horrible for trap and skeet. I was just looking for a normal stock, and 5 round magazine. Nothing special, no hunting or anything. What do you think about it being used for trap and/or skeet?

  • @OrinjNanu

Look at my video "Menzo's first....". This day was the first time he had ever shot clays or a Saiga 12. Once I convinced him to not look at the sights and keep his eye on the "bird", he was hitting with great consistency. My wife can even shoot clays with a Saiga 12. I have a video of her doing it as well. She hit the third one I threw. She had never shot a shotgun before that day.

  • @OrinjNanu I own one. The iron sights have a similar sight picture as an AK which may not be your thing for skeet...however a side mount, or forgrip rails can accomodate RDS, or other optics. CAA cheek risers work with tapco collapsible stocks. cheers.

  • @ookiemanX

I never look at the sights while shooting clays. That was a tip given to me by a guy that has trained over 30 world champion clay shooters. It works.

  • 5 people spent 2k on a benelli

  • @motopilot0919

I only have around $900 in this particular Saiga 12. All of the work done to this one would have probably cost $2k+ if I had sent it to a reputable Saigasmith.

  • @evlblkwpnz got a brandnew saiga iz109 in the box for 610 out the door i plan on ironwood designs sporter stock though im not much for pistol grips nice gun tho

  • Ahhh Awesome.... time for new Hardware in my gun case....

  • Haha great stuff. Cant beat the price of 12GA vs 5.56. Nice bump gunning as well.

  • @Slaythis1

No bumpfiring.... that particular technique is called "fanning". Great for after the weapon gets hot, LOL! Bumpfiring is extremely hard to do with these light loads, but I have seen some people pull it off with amazing speed. I think that I will "use" that as a great excuse to hit the range more often. Practice makes perfect....

  • awsome video dam make me want to trade ak47 for one

  • @hurley242584

These are the most fun of any weapon that I have.

  • @hurley242584 depending on your brand of ak, that might not be a bad option.

  • that guy is the shit why?

    1.hes shooting a saiga

    2.i HAVE THE SAME SHIRT

  • @MrLamagy

My business partner gave it to me for my birthday, so I thought that I would sport it. He got a kick out of it when he watched the video. Marvin doesn't mess around.... he'll vaporize. I would like to see Marvin blasting with a Saiga 12. Until then, this is about as close as we will get, lol.

  • ARE THOSE MD ARMS 20RD DRUMS?

  • @CopesDistributing

You know they are. I have 13 of them now. I have been considering asking Mike if he will sponsor me for a discount on 12 more MD-20 500 round dump tribute video to MD Arms. Unless you guys want to and I will do the tribute video to MD and Copes Distributing ;)

  • I had a question, and was wondering if anybody has experience in swapping ak stocks. Will ak47 furniture fit my saiga 12? Thanks.

  • @TheyxSeexMexTrollin

Yes, but you may need to take a very slight amount off of the sides of the stock where it goes into the receiver (with a file). The receiver is a little thicker on Saiga 12s.

  • I love saigas

  • @TheyxSeexMexTrollin

My favorite weapon too.... and more fun than any other that I have owned.

  • @evlblkwpnz You're using fed multi. Are you running a low brass kit? alot of people complain their saiga wont run low power loads, but mine (and obviously yours) run fine on cheapo rounds. I don't know if its a quality control thing or what. Could the wear of the firearm? Mine ran fine with winchester universal (same price as fed.) out of box 3 days ago. It's a nice video, showing people saigas are good with just about anything. Thanks.

  • @TheyxSeexMexTrollin

You got really lucky. None of the 6 that I have owned ran low power loads from the factory, not even the 24" S12s. That is the main reason that I have become so good at reworking them. Including the AK100 stock and shortened barrel, I have over 30 hours in this one. I have addressed every source of resistance in the weapon and it uses all of the factory springs and the factory puck. It was a lot of work, but certainly worth it.

  • @evlblkwpnz Thanks for your help. I think i noticed my problem. I can cycle federal and winchester bulk flawlessly on setting 1. This isn't normal, and not lucky. I think my system is overgassed. It doesn't appear to make any abnormal noises, i just know this isn't the norm. Its only a few days old, i think im gonna contact the warranty center.

  • @TheyxSeexMexTrollin Is the weapon conveted yet? If so, you should get a TAC47 Autoplug and adjust it properly. That will allow exactly enough gas into the system to cycle the action. I have 2 and they are a very high quality item. They are not recommended for use with 3" Magnum shell though I have no clue why. I have ran 3" with mine with no negative effects.

If it isn't converted, it is not entirely abnormal for them to run light loads on setting 1. What year is it?

  • @evlblkwpnz Well, i bought it new from the police depot in the city. It was new in box. Its the 24" variation. No conversion, bone dry stock. I only shoot low power target loads, and would rarely shoot anything else (maybe a clip for hunting, but thats it). I just don't want premature wear, you know? On the saiga forum, alot of people are pushing for the 5 setting V-plug from MD arms. The preservation of the gun is what im worried about.

  • @TheyxSeexMexTrollin

I have used the MD V-Plug as well and it allows very fine adjustment of the gas system, but do not forget to readjust it for each different load. These guns are tough. Really, you would probably have to fire a couple hundred rounds of 3" magnum buck or slugs on setting 2 to get any real damage. The gun will run differently if you convert it and do not do a lot of reprofiling to the action and hammer. I wouldn't send it back, just get the V-Plug and enjoy how well it runs

  • @evlblkwpnz I really do appreciate your help. To be honest, winchester and other bulk 1 1/8 oz is all it will ever see, as i dont know how well these things hunt. Take it easy.

  • Did it get away?

  • @gsg9ff

It wouldn't go down with this birdshot, so I had to pepper it to death ;)

  • @evlblkwpnz

Looks like it was really movin by the pulse of your shootin.

    Were you in Jurassic Park?

  • @gsg9ff

    LOL!

  • Do you have to pull the bolt back to load a magazine on a Saiga 12?

  • @J3rEmY17

It depends on how long the shell is, which mags is being inserted, and whether or not the bolt has had the "closed bolt loading mod".... and who did the mod (some remove more material that others and the more material is removed from the bolt, the easier it is to load on a closed bolt). Look at my closed bolt loading mod video. I am loading Federal Multi-purpose and Winchester 3" Magnums with assorted mags from 5 rnd to 20 rnd drums.

  • @J3rEmY17 yeah......kinda sucks. But the rest of the gun is pretty sweet.

  • Looked like a lot of fun though!

  • @bennpapa

    +1

  • Those last two drums looked like they could have caused some birth defects.

  • @bennpapa

    LOL!

  • @phuck0bama

I love to see someone else shoot up a bunch of ammo. It makes me feel better about all of the money that I waste ;)

  • @phuck0bama

    Does it run?

  • I got one and love that thing lol

  • russian shotgun is very good but i'm prefer molot vepr 12 !

  • @TATARSTAN59500

Trust me, I would have one if I could get one here.

  • @evlblkwpnz i'm shooting in svd tiger ......other than shotgun

  • Holy dang, i need to get me one of these!!!

  • good video evlblkwpnz.

  • @ForeignFirearmFiend Thank you. I am glad you enjoyed it. Cool to see you here.

  • what kind of kick is there?

  • @HOGsniper10

They don't kick bad after I rework the action and the ammo that I am using in the video is weak compared to other loads. Not bad at all. Most people that I take shooting with me end up with bruises, but I never bruise. I'm a tough old bird, lol.

  • PLEASEEE get back to me. I've had 870's, 500's, and el cheapo pump shottys before. I wanna upgrade to this. How on earth did you make it so reliable? an aftermarket gas plug?

  • gorgeous weather

  • @TitanTony407

It looked fairly nice out, but was humid and in the 90's. I love it here during the winter ;) Mild.

  • @evlblkwpnz LOL sounds alot like my home state of Florida

  • @TitanTony407

This was in Yulee, but I live in Jax.

  • @evlblkwpnz cool...i'm from Orlando lol i might as well call you neighbor

  • @evlblkwpnz we should link up in WROL/SHTF

  • So can you explain what kind of slot mod you did??

  • @split29445

Sure. The sharp edge in the extractor slot is filed down a little less that 1/6" and it is rounded. Just be careful not to scar the other side of the chamber with the file.

  • nice

  • now all you need is one of those bullpup stocks

  • that thing sounds beautiful

  • LOL @ all the haters who are mad because they cant dump 100 rounds in under a minute.

    Saiga 12 for life!!

  • Waste

  • @123420247 troll it down some

  • @timealloted12

    LOL!!!! Very good.

  • @evlblkwpnz thanks lol, those kind of ppl need to shut up

  • What an uncool video fuckin waste of good shotshells

  • @123420247

The point of the video is to inspire others that their Saiga 12 might someday run reliably off of cheap birdshot ($22.97 per 100 at Walmart). This is not the kind of ammo that I would hoard for the "zombie apocolypse". I use it for range blasting. I can sit on ammo and leave my guns in the safe or get out and enjoy them. To me, this is a good time and I am willing to spend a little money to have fun. It's a gun thing.... you wouldn't understand ;)

  • @evlblkwpnz Right on, brother!

  • jdmac44,

It is just a home conversion with a fake AK100 stock. The same gun is beautiful now with filled holes. riveted Bulgarian trigger guard, and real Russian triangle folder. I did all of it myself, even the reliabilty mods.

  • damn, mines to hot 2 touch after 6 round. i bet u could cook a egg on that barrel after that.

  • @LokiEarth

It is extremely hot after 200 or so rounds, not that bad in this vid.

  • Sweet clip, thanks! What conversion is that? I like the looks of it and the foregrip.

  • are you on a driving range?

  • @blogsdo12

LOL! No, I am at Amelia Shotgun Sports in Yulee, Florida. That house in the background is a skeet house. It is usually pretty laid back there until I show up. Everyone comes around to see what all of the hell raising is about. I am in the process of reworking some 24" Saiga 12s for actually shooting clays. It should be interesting to shoot with 20 round drums and only have to reload after 20 clays.... if I can hit as well as I would like ;) Thank you for watching.

  • md arms v plug?????

  • @HeavyFuckinMetal2011

Modified factory plug. The secret recipe here is 4 ports @ .093".

  • @evlblkwpnz did your saiga come with 4 ports or you had some work done? Just got my mine and I find only two ports which my buddy said is no good. But its a 24" so im not sure if its supposed to be the same as his 19". Taking it out this weekend to try it but I want to be able to shoot low brass (eventually) like yours. Awesome video.

  • @monokoteman

This one had a 19" barrel and 3 ports at .080". I added a 4th port @ .093" and enlarged the existing ports to the same size. I have reprofiled and polished every friction point on the whole weapon including the feedramps and inside of the gas block.

I have 2- 24" S12s and neither of them would run cheap ammo. I added one port at .080" and did some reprofiling and polishing, on just one of them. It runs great with Winchester Universal and Federal Multi-purpose. C U @ saiga12.com

  • thats a lot of rounds just to put your dog down

  • do you like the 410 ?

  • @ally4free1

I have never owned or fired one. Sounds like fun though.

  • I've tried the bolo rounds out of my stock 19" Saiga. Very fun ammo I do recommend you try some

  • I wish we could buy those little HE 12 gauge rounds that were on future weapons. Then I would have to get a saiga and some drums.

  • @labartic

I have been wanting to try some BOLO rounds. Those are pretty nasty and are actually available for civilians.

  • @evlblkwpnz Thats ridiculous wtf u gonna use those for?

  • @kenny01622

I would use them for nuisance pests. Ferile hogs, etc....

  • @kenny01622 What couldn't you use them for???

  • @GirouxToTheMax

    Good question.

  • Lol @cobrachoppergirl napoleans sister. With my belt fed shotgun what do you think

  • For your conversion work what were the resources that you used? Also, what modifications did you end up making?

  • @tonhe

    saiga12.com

Everything you need to know is there. The methods of some of the stuff in the stickies are.... well.... not always good or optimal, but you can get a good idea and adapt your own methods or techniques. Read a lot before you ask questions. The 'search' function works exceptionally well there compared to other forums.

  • FAIL. This is why you buy a belt fed weapon...

  • @cobrachoppergirl

Well.... post some video of your beltfed shotgun and show us some WIN

  • lol its the russian aa-12

  • @dakiler2028 Correction: The AA-12 is the American Saiga.

  • @damncritics lol sorry

  • Did you kill it?

  • @axeman3d

    Deed done....

  • I just bought one with a Tapco stock, MD gas plug, tri-rail, foregrip, and muzzle brake but haven't had a chance to fire it yet. Are you getting that fire rate with the original trigger assembly? How sis you modify the extractor slot?

  • thats a crowd dispersal machine right there!

  • take that ya pesky ground hogs!!! haaaaaaaa!!!!

  • @4dresdner

This was nothing. The next video will be a torturous waste of ammo. My S12 is torn down and undergoing surgery. I should have it back together soon.

  • @evlblkwpnz it is illegal to conver it to full auto???

  • @runhorun Very.

  • either his Dick and balls are small and them hoes made out of iron

  • @roshawn1111

Thank you for contributing. I went to your channel. Really exciting and cool vid.

  • @evlblkwpnz yeah thanks, i buikld computers and stuff, ima have some up like this im thinking about getting a saiga 12 tell me does it jam like alot of people say?

  • @roshawn1111 I did a lot of work to this one to get it running like this. If you are good with your hands and have basic knowledge of firearms, you can probably do it too. The Saiga 12 is the most fun of any weapon that I have ever owned, but don't expect it to run flawlessly straight out of the box. You can always pay a professional shop and hope that they do a good job.

  • @evlblkwpnz yeah thats what im worried about lol

  • "They swing low. I tucked them in my sock for the video.... didn't hurt a bit ;)"

  • 0:51 He's worse to his nuts than Micheal Jackson.

  • Florgia (NE FL)

  • There is a storm a brewing...... notice that cloud change from beginning to end... That's Midwest or Florida stuff there

  • I can load 5 drums in a couple of minutes. More like 60 seconds of fun ;) Certainly worth the money and time though. There's a certain feeling that you get from dumping 12 ga that you don't get from anything else.

  • thats like an hour of loading for 1:30 of fun

  • Nice vid BTW... finally seeing some 720p stuff out there from shooters.

  • @gregomhb

It's just a cheap camera, but it takes some decent video. It does better video than still pics. I need to get this weapon done. It is undergoing a makeover and it is nothing but a barrel and receiver at the moment. This video was it's last blast for a while. SBS....

  • ROFL... how's your shoulder feel? Err, never mind... how's your balls feel?

You got bump firing down yet? Might be better on your baby maker juice dispenser.

  • 20 rounds right to the balls in the end just for kicks

  • @mccaslin42

They swing low. I tucked them in my sock for the video.... didn't hurt a bit ;)

  • Do want!

    FUAROCK!!!

  • @chopinbloc

Fun for the whole family ;)

  • hi there was it hard to put that folding stock on the saiga

  • @spazwick0313

Well.... it isn't the stock you think it is. It is a fake triangle folder. I have a Russian 5.5mm unit that I am considering putting on this particular S12, but don't have access to a press yet. They are a pain to install though. Lots of cutting and installing the front latch is a pain from what I understand.
