I respect your opinion but I don't believe the guy should be fired for asking a question. Was the question unethical, absolutely. Was it demeaning, you bet your ass. But was it illegal? No way. If I was getting interviewed for a job that millons of dollars you can ask me anything you want. The question could've been to see a reaction from Dez Braynt if it was positve or negative 'n it was positve. Society has forced people to be overy sensitive to subjects such as this,including myself. I don't think sould've asked the question but I also don't think it's a huge deal as people make out to be.

Legally you don't. Too often people, myself included get caught up in the amount of money a job pays or not. But if we just reduce this down to the least common denominator: human decency, individual consideration etc. That'll keep you from making this kind of mistake.
