  • its never easy. nothing's easy. i lost 120 pounds and i'm healthier than EVER now, weighing at 110 pounds and maintaining. =) You just gotta really, EAT LESS, MOVE MORE. It's super hard but it's all in the mind. You gotta psycho yourself! ! ! I love this clip, made me laugh and also made me realized how far I made it.
