Journey of the Sorcerer (Hitchhikers guide theme) guitar

I've noticed that a lot of the tabs and guitar versions of this song aren't quite right. The progression that most people play goes from C minor to G# major, and continues in that fashion. Doesn't seem right, the progression descends rather than ascends. What most people play is closer to Pink Floyd's "Is There Anybody Out There". I have submitted a tab and plan to make a video of what I believe to be the right progression.

I take horrible offence to you saying this is a song from the movie. No! This is the zarking theme to the infinitely more froody Hitchhiker's radio show, as premiering in 1978. Go listen to it. Now. Or at least read the books. Preferably both.

Rather than taking offence, you might want to take your own advice and listen to the intro of the radio plays, then listen to the title music for the film. It will become clear very quickly which one this is an interpretation of.

I was expressing my displeasure that the only place anyone knows this theme from, heck, the only place most people recognize the name "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" is from the 2005 movie. A capo on that fret will make any guitar sound more like a banjo.

I haven't auctually posted any guitar tabs here myself, but have you tried ultimate-guitarDOTcom? It's where I find most of my tabs, and I'd assume that it's easy to upload since there are so many tabs on it. If not, let me know. I know some other possible options as well.
