I haven't ever forgotten this amazing band. It's funny looking back, when some kids at school thought this was a goth band. I'm guessing because Peter's vocals are so eccentric and deep. But this was at a time when pop-metal/hair bands that screamed in hi-pitched voices ruled the charts, so Midnight Oil used to really creep some people out, cause they were kind of an opposite to say the least and I loved it. But besides memory lane, I really appreciated the lyrics and message of their music. <3

OMG take me back to summer 1988, my last care-free year of my late childhood; I was 12. Fun at Gramma's house in Southern California, Disneyland, fun in the sun, camping on the coast, horseback riding, new baby kittens, hanging out with friends... One of the coolest summers ever!
