kakashi should have been the 6th hokage. his only flaw is that he barely has any chakra, otherwise he would have surpassed the 4th. the only bad thing of having obito's sharingan eye is that it's ON 24/7 it takes a considerate amount of chakra to have it ON 24/7 i don't think sasuke or itachi has enough chakra this. this explains why he only has a little amount of chakra, because its all going to his sharingan. thats why he keeps it closed all the time, so it wouldn't ultimately deplete him.
i've got a question. is it me? or in shippuuden does kakashi's sharingan eye switch from his left eye to his right? In the original naruto is was his left. but i could swear in the eps where naruto used his wind rasengan kakashi's sharingan is his right eye? and even teh scar swicthes sides?
