  • a few questions, if you don't mind..

    1) at 39:00, what is the material you used to line the upper area of the pond liner with?

    2) what are the pea pebbles for?

    3) did you adhere the rocks to the liner with anything other than gravity?

    4) what plants are those that you put in?

i have just installed a similar liner in my garden, and am trying to make it look as natural as possible, which you have done a nice job of!

    thanks

    Wrapped rim with burlap.

The pebbles cover planting medium. Holds roots down. Also inside the pond filler to weigh it down + filtration.

Used the local caliche soil under the rocks. Gets a good grip in time; adjusts to local conditions & foot traffic.

Got the plants & algea eaters at AZgardensdotcom. Great service/packing. Buy $100 to avoid heavy shipping. Anacharis, Water Poppy, Water Sprite, Floating heart, Parrot’s Feather.
