I'd like to opine that Elaine Stritch's voice really didn't get as bad as everyone says. It's not a great voice, but it's not as abysmal as people say. It's interesting, which her voice always was.
I love David Kernan. Something about his voice just transports me. I loved him in Upstairs Downstairs' "Magic Casements." Beautiful performance, great singing.
