I, and I suspect others, just thank God that moments like this made it on TV! Soooo moving, and such awesome vocal talent...I would believe it if all of these folks said they were not acting and that this just flowed from their heart. Beautiful stuff and thanks for posting.
It's Laura (Kellie Shanygne Williams) herself singing. All the cast member can sing. In later episodes, there are a bunch of tracks performed by many of them.
"Choir Trouble" was the name of this episode, aired in December 1991.
i think it was her. it sounds like her....and she sang to Stephan in a later season and she sounds similar there. this cast is so talented--i love eddie's voice. he should have a singing career. lol
hmm i haven't come across it on youtube, but if you want to keep an eye out for it, Laura sang "saving all my love for you" while Stephan played the piano. i have no idea what the episode title was, sorry!
Origially composed by Gene MacLellan and recorded by the band "Ocean" in 1971, it has been covered by many artists like Elvis, Anne Murra or Joan Baez.
