I recognize truth in your words, very wise indeed I must say, since the consciousness is one of the very constants in our existence- I am. But it's a little bit far to say that it might be counterproductive or fruitless to explore other self's, other realities, connect with higher beings, learn and fell outer love. However I agree with you until some extent, I always try to keep the balance between experience and being. Thank you, you're a good teacher.

@Mikak100 All forms and energies within manifestation are temporary. If a person is searching for his/herself in the temporary experiences, he/she will never be truly happy.

There is nothing wrong with exploring manifestation. Manifestation is part of the Consciousness as well and we are here. It is due to wrong identification of our self with temporary manifestations that causes us suffering.

@Mikak100 In our world, there are numerous definitions of what spiritual enlightenment is. Some consider simply seeing beyond the mind enlightenment. Others consider out of body experience enlightenment. I find it more valuable to describe the experience, rather than hang nametags on it.

There is no longer any experience of separation, no longer a mind that reflects up experience, not even the thought that I am here experiencing this. All that exists is blissful oneness and the pure Light of Consciousness.

All dimensions - whether physical or astral - are no longer identified with as reality. All that is real is the Consciousness from which everything is being created.

Yes, going out of body is fun and removes the illusion of death, however it is not quite the same as realizing the Oneness of Consciousness.

Thank you Lincoln. I had ONE O.B.E. I was sleeping and felt a calm soothing sensation as I left my body then found myself floating to the Kitchen where I observed the time at 4:30am on the stove range clock. I then realized the situation got afraid for my family's reaction to my what I thought was death and went to somehow contact my mother and that's when I instantantly went back around 4:32am.

@GranFury440 Great experience that you were gifted! Most people's first OOBE is spontaneous. Our Higher Self is showing us what is possible and real. I enjoyed this series and learning more about the self. So I desisted with the desire to go OOB for now. However some times after im very relaxed from listening to some of your posts, I have started to leave my body a few times.

I know what's happening 'cause I did it consciously twice before. But usually, since I haven't learned to let go of control, I get too exited or try too hard, and it stops. LOL. Just curious to see where it wants to take me.
