at about 3:30 the player gets a medic kit and throws down a pack for them

that often gets the healing sound loop bugged (i.e. healing sound FOREVER), but you can fix this by picking back up the kit

Well try holding a grenade. Hold the right mouse button then Parachute.

When you land you wont have grenades but your holding one plus you can say the frag commu again and again...
