Paul! you've just wasted your money like a fool. The best use you'll find for those pipes is to keep u warm in a fireplace during winter.
Never buy paki pipes.

sadly my first pair is a paki set but thats ok at least they taught me how to play and maintain bagpipes now ill save up for a good set

The "bagpipes all come from Pakistan" isn't true. Quality bagpipes are made in Scotland for the most part, Cananda and the USA. Paki pipes are worth nothing more than fire wood.

There were approx 13 Scottish Highlander battalions stationed on the Frontier (NWFP) at one time in British India.
Today, bagpipe is an essential musical item in military bands in Pakistan. They are also played at weddings & festivals specially in the Frontier.
A Frontiersman (Pathan) playing the Scottish bagpipe makes quite a quaint spectacle! Thx for sharing :)
