Het is heel makkelijk om te variëren op de latte macchiato.
Je kunt bijvoorbeeld een deel van de melk
vervangen door kokosmelk. Hoeveel kokosmelk je
wil gebruiken hangt uiteraard af van je eigen smaak,
maar het is wel hele vette melk. Een kwart tot een
derde van de melk vervangen door kokosmelk is voldoende.
De Friesche Vlag volle melk en de kokosmelk
worden samen verhit. Als finishing touch zou je
dan wat kokossnippers bovenop kunnen strooien, of
een tekening met chocoladesaus kunnen maken.

ikzelf maak het gewoon uit zoon zakje :]
ik kook water, pak een glazen doorzichtige mok, doe er de inhoud van het zakje in,voeg water toe, even roeren,
en elke ochtend smaakt naar kerstmis :]

Macchiato betekent bevlekt in het Italiaans. Bij een
latte macchiato wordt geschuimde melk daarom
bevlekt door espresso. Je kunt een latte macchiato
zo slap of zo sterk maken als je zelf wilt door er meer
of minder espresso in te schenken. Het belangrijkste
ingrediënt blijft echter de melk. Friesche Vlag volle
melk is hier bij uitstek geschikt voor, zowel dagverse
melk als Friesche Vlag Langlekker

Yeah that does seem like a lot of milk, my ratios are around 1 shot espresso, 2-3 shots milk
