Isn't it amazing that Bush ordered the UN Team to try to bring sanctions against another nation for cheating and fraud, when he stole an election himself. American exceptionalism abroad is a major problem, in other words "we can", but others, 'cannot'! The sophistication by which Republicans cheat ought to be productized and sold around the world. oops, it has been, hasn't it?

Unfortunately, the American electoral process will never change, unless we can change the hearts and minds of the people. Otherwise, it is there to be taken advantage of and clearly Republicans are masters of manipulation and cheating. Having said that, if things Republicans are ever at the short end of the stick one thing we can all be certain of, something will be done - even if it means attempting to impeach a democratic President. They are muted when the shoe is on the other foot.

Clean elections are the answer to corruption in government... very important stuff!!!

Why don't you call it publicly funded elections. I get so tired of dishonest names for things. Clean elections means no voting fraud.

Did you realize the entire nation uses programmable vote counting machines. Now THATS a problem. You may think you have a paper ballot, but your vote becomes an electron, which is manipulated by a program as it is counted. Support the N.C.E.L. The National Clean Elections Lawsuit -- Paper ballots, stored AND counted in public.
