@zooders those are there.. ;) Since slicks are not good for dyno - slicks were replaced with "standard" wheels and due the rear axle construction the wheels are a bit "in".. :)

It cant be an RS4, the Audi RS4 B5 had a 2,7L V6 bi-turbo, and the new one B7 has a 4,2L V8 with FSI.

That one is an S4 with body of RS4 or maybe (but lil weird mod) an RS4 with a 2.2l L5 20VT.

Anyway, it's freaking awesome,so WTF sound ! :D

@SilverGecko1 looks like they only had a 2 wheel dyno and probably took the back half out so it didn't waste power rotating it.

Inflating their numbers unless it is actually a 2 wheel drive which it isn't if it's a true RS4.

men i just got a 2007 Rs4.. i want to make it fast..the supercharger seems to be pretty expensive..for wat i have check cost 35000 dollars + extras..maybe im wrong.. but stills a bit expensive..can i make it turbo? if it could how much money itll it cost.... i tried to check but i failed..im noob at this.. my last car was an evo 9.. 350 at the wheels..i want the same on the Rs4..the turbo feel..i hope u guys can help me..thats a nice Rs4 u got there.. sounds how audi looks

I would imagine 1000hp is quite easy to obtain from 2.2 litres these days with modern materials and mega quick ecu's.

How many minutes would this engine last ?

This type of power brought my mind back to the early 1980's, the turbo F1 cars......grenade engines as they were called during qualifying. I believe they pumped out 1500hp from 1500cc way back then but lasted about 10 minutes, if that.

Hp per litre that's 2200hp from 2.2 litres!

No RS4 has ever had a turbo charged V8 in it from the factory. the RS6 (C5) had a TT 4.2 V8, the B5 RS4 had a 2.7 TT V6 & the B7 RS4 had a NA 4.2 V8. The origional URS4 had a 2.2l inline 5Cyl turbo engine like in this clip.

There is one B5 RS4 with a RS6 TT V8 engine in it in germany but it is now a automatic.

5-cylinder turbo is the best engineering that ever build :) its unbelievable performance you're able to get! remember the s1 urquattro had 530 ps and more with a 5cyl turbo. an b5 rs6 plus from 2004 had an V8 BIturbo (!) with 480 ps !

and the rs6 is really vulnerable! at 60000 new turbos at 100000 new transmission. you would never had those problems with a 5cyl turbo if :) of course if u watch and fit the boost
