Dont get me a wrong, Im a huge Marilyn fan but I didnt really like her here so much. The scene where she is in bed is so CONTRIVED. Almost like shes trying too hard, but she does look absolutely luminous in her pink dress on the steps singing. I think this is the best she ever looked right there. Sometimes I think the directors made her play up her sex role almost a little bit TOO much. She didnt need to do that, she was naturally sensual anyway!!
