He might be smart, but his logic on catching bin laden if waterboarding worked is silly. His assumption is that the people we had knew where Bin Laden was. However, to dismiss facts that Terror attacks were thwarted by information gained threw water boarding shows he lets his opinion get in the way of reality.

It is not so silly. First of all, the information given be torture, I would not trust them... Why? Because this is not Hollywood, the military guy are not Dirty Harry and I know I would said anything to get out of the place.

How is it not silly...isn't it a far reaching assumption that these guys knew where Bin Laden was? I agree with you that I would give people what they wanted if I was being waterboarded, which is exactly why we do it. If I have information, I will give it. If I don't, I might make something up, but I think our interrogation experts know that.
What is important is getting the information they do know out of them....like the planned terror attacks that were thwarted by this information.

I totally agree about the comment about cheney not accidentally shooting someone. With firearms there are not accidents just negligence. If Cheney was ever in the Military, definately if he was in the USMC, he would know how to handle a weapon and would not have "accidentaly" shot a lawyer.

All Jesse has really ever done is ask questions. He's publicly identified inconsistencies and has pointed out the absurdity behind the government's unwillingness to carry out a complete and proper investigation for an event of this magnitude. As it stands, the official investigation has very little transparency, comprehensiveness, and consistency. Quite simply, they just did a bad job.
He's never once said that he believes it was an inside job.

The info at the PA crash site is interesting and does not seem to fit with a typical "crash" but that was all I got out of it. The film has been debunked by many qualified scientists.

No, his point wasn't that there aren't any accidnets. He simply said the things that we call accidents aren't accidents in the sense that something went wrong, he says its just because the person holding the gun didn't know what they were doing.

No argument there but that is merely playing with words. I grew up with guns and had safety drilled into me before 10 yrs old. I understand what he was trying to say. But the fact is accidents do happen. He makes it sound as if Cheney had military training he would not have had the shotgun accident. I disagree. There have been many cases of highly trained individuals having accidents with guns, cars, fighters, choppers you name it.
