I was not a huge fan of this review. The Nostalgia Critic's and Obscurus Lupa's comedic styles differ too much to merge properly. The bit at 12:30-12:53 is a good example. The Nostalgia Critic was pulling all the stops in what was one of his most hilarious moments. Lupa was just sitting there laughing. The Critic does comedy based on exaggeration and over-the-top acting. Lupa does it through sarcasm and her own dementedly funny personality. It just does not work well together.

Do yourself a favour and give her a chance. Anyway, I think that what's bad about this review is the writing, they should have focused more about the contrast of their styles, that would have been great.

I think the real issue is that the critic is just a good actor. His delivery and expressions are funny, well timed (Timing!), and sound natural. The other critics aren't exactly horrible, but they just aren't as good as the critic himself. The reviews are still funny and its interesting to see the personalities try and work off each other, the critic is just a better actor.

Here's a fantastic idea: the moment you realize you're not going to like it, just stop watching it. If you don't like his crossovers, why bother wasting your time by sitting here and typing out a long, sprawled out complaint?
