Import taxes in India are 140% dude, trust me, I was gonna inport my Honda Cbr 600rr, which is worth about $12,000 in the U.S. (about 5.4 lakhs in Rupees), but to import it to india, it would cost around $17000, which is about 7.6 lakhs, so I just said fuck it, i'll just ride it here in the states. Why the fuck would I pay a combined 13 lakhs just to bring it to India? Indian import taxes are way too high, which is part of the reason u don't see many foreign luxur/sport cars in India.
