  • what kind of soldering wire is needed? and what kind is a no no??

  • @kylegifford8 use a solder with no lead (Pb), and if you can user solder that contains silver, it has better conductivity.

  • Very cool !

  • really great... ^_^

  • thanx for the video, really helped me with my first built

  • LOL 00:58 ha ha!

  • Yikes !!! Milwaukee's Beast. Cool video though.I build pedals myself and really enjoy it.

  • i just want to know if the resistor have a pasitive and negative?

  • Great Vid ! You make it look like........even I could build one.

    I must order a kit soon !!!

    One question....will 24oz. Icehouse's work?

thanks again for the great lesson/vid.

(your tone is smooth....like baby child)- :)

  • Just ordered mine today. Can't wait after seeing your demos, and watching this video. Got to dust of the Electronics Tech skills. No Beast, though. A little Yeungling Lager for me. lol

  • awesome... were did you bought this kit?

  • Very nice teaching vid - was going to try build one of these but realised can't because essential ingredient unavailable in UK - Milwaukie's Best.. Ah, well...

  • @zthetha I think any pint from the local pub would do just as well!

  • Hmm where do you get the metal cases? and do you have to put the hole in them yourself? if you do what do how do you do it?

Sry im new to this but really want to make my own pedal...

  • They come with the kit, you can buy blank ones and drill the holes yourself too if you wanted. It all depends how much you wanna spend and how easy you want to make it for yourself.

  • @PLUMBdogg ---the title should be renamed to how to assemble a marshall blues breaker.......your not really showing how to build one...just that you bought a kit an your assembled it..sorry

  • I prefer Old Milwakee but yeah, whatever works!

Great vid man, thanks for it.

  • Yikes ! Milwaukee's Beast !! LOL Cool video from a fellow pedal builder and modder.

  • I thought I recognised the singer. I think he made a record with George Lynchs Lynch Mob. And great video.

Is this a pedal that people mod like they do with the TS style ones. If so, what mods do you know of and what do they offer? (any links)

    Cheers.

  • I haven't seen mods to it. Some people might change some caps and resistors to keep the tone knob taper a little more useable but I keep it as is.

  • Where can you buy the right pc board at to build this?

  • Nice calculator FTW!

  • killer vid.

  • thanks for open my eyes, get a patent and sale yours ideas and proyects, good luck

  • whats the band and name of the song in this video?

  • Sounds like Brother Cain. Dunno the song.

  • Sorry I missed your question. It's "Sunday Morning Flood" by Cry of Love. Audley Freed was the guitarist/music brains. Search him, he is bad ass.

  • Audley visits my coffee shop almost every day. Nice guy, surprisingly quiet! Funny to see him mentioned here, while i'm just trying to learn a little about electronics.

  • hey derek nice vid!!! \m/

  • Wow, that PCB holder thing you've got is awesome. I need one of those. That'd make soldering in those components a bit easier.

  • Yeah it's only a couple of dollars from the local Science and Surplus store. It has a bright led light and magnifying glass too.

  • great stuff!

  • thanks for the help man!
