They had to change the rules to put the unstoppable GT40 out of commission. It dominated Le Mans - Ford left its Foot print there and dont have to prove nothing, because they already showed they could do it.

@JayGeePee1 The cool thing is that they took GT1 in 2010 at Le Mans... Also the Ford Matech is making a statement as well as it fights for GT1 supremacy in the FIA GT1 series. You can watch all the races in HD at their website.
