  • Start with week 1 and progress to week 12. Do all the exercises in week 1 for a week (6 days a week) and then move on to week 2. Continue to week 12, 6 days a week.

  • the rocky crunch is called a dragon fly, Bruce Lee inented it as far as i know.

  • Yeah, I've heard it called that before as well. Bruce Lee was the original for everything as far as I'm concerned. He was years ahead of his time!
