I mean he did good some game, and great in others, but often times like in the playoffs and when we really needed him he couldn't find the bottom of the net. He could be a starter somewhere if he gets his game completely under control.

Delfino is one of the most underrated players in the NBA. Saunders didn't use him at all during the playoffs. For ex. he could had marked Lebron quite well (he did it during the preolympic tournament in Las Vegas), instead Saunders used Prince who didn't have good games against Cleveland.

But I don't blame him. Lebron usually doesn't play as aggressively in the international games so that may be one reason he guarded him so well, but during the NBA regular season Lebron easily had his way with Delfino every time they played one another.

I don't know why, but Piston coaches are often too hesitant about playing young bench players. Tey had that problem his rookie year. Maxiel didn't get ebough playing time either for 2 years. So I know what you mean. Hopefully Saunders is starting to see the benefits of playing them this year.
