the band's distributor has gone belly up or something to that effect, so there's no online sales available for them anymore. The guitarist of the band recommends that you just find a free copy online and snag it that way. There's probably a few people on this comments page who could help you find a copy!

the only difference between the solo on this version and the solo on the album is that i did a harmonized guitar part to lead into it,i always hated this version of the song as it didnt sound how i wanted it to when i wrote it.the version on the album was a bit closer to how i wanted it to sound.thanks for all the cool comments

If the band hadn't broken up, there would've been 3 more videos (Unwilling, Echolalia and Epilogue) which would've explained the whole story. Bitter is Part 1, My Kingdom Falls is part 4.

The story is about how a couple breaks up because one person gets tired of the relationship and starts to drift away and cheat on the girl. The girl goes on a journey, guided by the child, to find him again, but in the end he still rejects her and she has to learn to move on with her life.

So it would've gone:

Part 1 - Bitter (boy breaks up with girl)

Part 2 - Unwilling (girl, guided by child, goes on journey to find the boy)

Part 3 - Echolalia (girl finds the boy again)

Part 4 - My Kingdom Falls (boy continues to reject her. girl finally realizes she has to move on and does so)

Part 5 - Epilogue (boy suddenly wakes up and realizes that he loves the girl, but she's gone).

At least this is MY understanding of it.
