@pookieturtle I meAn the guy is trying and he Played a good version yes he missed some notes and yes it doesn't sound like the piano version but let me see you play that song in a harp w/o missing any notes you jackass you think you are some judge to tv show
Bethoven was a truly gifted composer and musician...please give the beautiful sonata more respect through actually listening to the way he wrote it before you post your version.
I am sorry to say that but this sound is simply uncomparable to that of a REAL HARP!It just sounds false and toyish when you are used to the real sound.
I'm delighted, when I think to what modern technology makes possible: we can compose music for a whole orchestra... even if we couldn't afford to rent a real one!
I guess that the masters of the past (Mozart, Beethoven and all the others) would have enjoyed a lot such a chance like this... on the other hand, I guess that they were kinda forced to give their best for to compose their music so that it may sound sound good at the first try... and I guess that this was good as well! ^_^
@tomokioh I'm sorry, but I must disagree with you on this. A real instrument is played by a real person, who can put depth, emotions and real meaning behind each and every note and create a story out of the music. A midi is no different from a robot playing the instrument - it is flat and expressionless and is not true music at all!
xoxo...
I fully agree with you!

It takes a good musician to make a terrible instrument sound beautiful. Can't hate what was terrible turned into good.

wow, even though this song is esquisite on the harp, it sounds as though an idiot is behind the strings.

Sorry about that, I also strongly agree. But let's just say this is an "alternative" for now.

I think its quite good except you double play some notes that should only be once. keep working and get it good! Its getting there!

Just great, even through an harp!
5*
I read, in the tags, "kontakt player"... so, I guess that you played through midi?
danbergam 3 years ago
Yes, unfortunately I don't play harp. But kontakt is actually better than the real instruments in some way, but strings are terrible!
