You can't say it could be useful for emergencies. You might be able to land a learjet at saba in FSX, but I doubt you can in real life.

@MaDahTh Actually it's small enough and with reverse thrust which most of the modern models have it's doable and done in real life. Though mostly you see twin engine jet-props and other small aircraft landing there.
