    muscle is leaner than fat, so no.

  • @sl4windsormassive - Running/ jogging/ swimming or any other cardio vascular exercise will burn the fat first, and then produce muscle. Think of it as fat thighs (-5), and you want skinny legs which would be (0). Anywhere beyond 0 would be muscle. There is a limit. You cannot get muscle when you have fat.

  • I'm also 13 and I love ur videos! On this one I didn't have a low platform so I used my bed. If u use a higher surface this workout is harder

  • Uhm.. not too sure. But when I train with my personal trainer in the gym. We did that as well.. abt 3 sets each, ard half way thru the last set... U can rally feel it .
