The music is by Hanns Eisler, who was a student of Arnold Schoenberg, and was active in Hollywood for part of the war. He scored two films, which were later nominated for Oscars, co-authored a book with Theodor Adorno, as well as writing complex dodecaphonic music. Nice video.
